How do I return an item?
Dewclaw Archery wants you to be happy with your purchase and that's why we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30-days of the purchase date and we'll issue a refund or exchange.
To return an item, simply follow the steps below:
1. Call 541-772-1896 or email matt@dewclawarchery.com to receive a return authorization number.
2. Mail the item to:

You will be notified via email when your package has been received and credit has been issued.
If a mistake was made on our part while filling the order, ground shipping costs will also be refunded. Please allow several weeks for the return to be processed and the credit to show up on your account.
